CLASSIFICATION: Based on Gavi D.O.C.G. grapes.

GRAPE VARIETIES: 100% Cortese.

PRODUCTION ZONE: High hill slopes of Rovereto Superiore in zone of Gavi.

SPARKLING TECHNIQUE: As tradition “in red”, refined into tonneaux for, at least, 12 months; later partly into tonneaux and partly into bottle.

BEST CONSUMPTION PERIOD: Best drunk within two years since the dégorgement.

SERVING TEMPERATURE: 8 °C.

APPEARANCE: Light golden, lively and bright.

NOSE: Intense and lasting; after the first impression of fruitiness leads on to intense aromas of white chocolate, which soften into honey and spices, giving an overall impression of great elegance.

PALATE: Impressive, dry, full, fresh, firm, and decisive; long-lasting, velvety feel, with refinement given by the long period of yeast contact; balancing acidity and an attractive almond flavor.

GASTRONOMIC ACCOMPANIMENTS:  Ideal as an aperitif, excellent after meal and for contemplative sipping. Serving temperature: 8 °C.

Only in the best years, only from the best grapes, we made this prestigious Millesimato Sparkling Wine “Reserve” that, due to a slow and old traditional handicrafts methods, can give an unmistakable intensity and unique feelings. The long aging in bottle, at least 10 years, in contact with yeasts, can offer a wine that doesn’t seem to find limits in age, a wine who discovers, in the time, a always faithful allied.

A product where the amazing freshness is accompanied to the aromas of honey, of spices, of dry fruit up to a remember of chocolate, in a continuous increasing of harmonies. A rare wine – unique in its kind – thought for a little number of experts, consequence of a particular and favorable moment of the nature, and of an endless and patient job of the man.
